For the last 15yrs, Mr. Aboufariss has been working as an IT consultant. He had the opportunity to work for lots of major companies such as IBM, McDonalds Corp., Dean Witter (Global financial services firm), Monsanto (an agricultural company) & Follett Corp. (major publishing company). Some of the projects he implemented includes Database Design, Database Management using Oracle RDMS, System Architect and building Financial Data Warehousing Systems using Hyperion BI (business intelligence – including one of the advanced multi-dimensional database Essbase). Mr. Abouafriss is also a Part time professor at DeVry University in Chicago. Feel free to read Comments made by his students. He teaches Client/Server around Oracle.


Mr. Aboufariss has three beautiful children, Amina, Rayan Salah & Ayoub. He is married to his lovely wife Mrs. Aboufariss Hakima.

MoroccoUSA.com's main objective is not to compete with other Moroccan web sites, but rather to provide our Moroccan community with a quality web site that will enhance the communications between our fellow Moroccans in USA and Abroad, which will serve as a resource center for the Moroccan community and as a guide for the visitors..

I believe in sharing knowledge with others, I believe in helping others in any way I possibly can, I owe it to my community and we owe it to each other as true fellow Moroccans who believe in making a difference. We ought to promote social and educational activities which enhance knowledge and understanding of our Moroccan culture & Moroccan life, we ought to help the integration of newly arrived Moroccans to America, and we ought to help our Moroccan community in any way we possibly can, here in USA and in Morocco. For this reason I created a new foundation called MoroccoFoundation.org which is dedicated to YOU, each & everyone who would like to make a difference. One of its objectives is to reach those unfortunate children back home. Things don’t change overnight, but we have to start somewhere.

Finally, we hope to find peace & healing, instead of hate; and community, instead of isolation. May God Bless Morocco & the whole World!
